All stock listed is subject to availability. You will be advised if any items ordered are out of stock and when they are likely to be available.

The Postage and Packing costs shown in the catalogue are for individual items for delivery within the UK. The online ordering method allows overseas customers and customers ordering more than one item to receive a quote for delivery before proceeding to the payment stage. Orders will normally be dispatched within two working days of nofification that payment has been made. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or a courier/parcel service and their terms and conditions apply. A certificate of postage is obtained for all orders sent by Royal Mail. Orders sent to an address outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and duties. Any such charges must be borne by you the customer or the recipient. Delivery times for overseas orders are subject to the efficiency of the postal service in the countries through which the goods travel.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card through a secure online service provided by PayPal. On receipt of an online order the customer will receive an acknowlegement by e-mail, listing all costs and including a PayPal 'Pay Now' button for secure payment. Cheque or Postal Order is also accepted providing it is in pounds sterling.

Patch Flora will exchange or refund any purchase, provided that the goods are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of receipt. Please remember to include your name and address and the reason for your return. Customers are requested to e-mail in advance of returning goods. Return postage costs (equivalent to the cheapest method available from a local post office) will be refunded for the return of faulty goods only. For all returns please note that Patch Flora cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. In all cases refunds will be made by the same method used for the original payment.

Patch Flora deals with all customers' information including name, address, e-mail address and order information in the strictest confidence. The details you supply are used to process your order, to contact you should there be any problem in relation to it and, occasionally, to notify you of new products.

Patch Flora reserves the right to alter or change prices at any time up until delivery of the product selected. Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to you via an order confirmation receipt.
Goods are sent entirely at the customer's own risk as we are unable to guarantee safe delivery.
